New to Stout Week? It’s that magical time of year when we release a brand-new stout every day! Each stout is only available on its specific day before we introduce the next. All of these ghostly brews will return on Halloween, sticking around until they’re gone.

Ghost House 2024

Our flagship Ghost House Imperial Oatmeal Stout is back! This bold brew delivers rich flavors of coffee, oats, chocolate, and a touch of toasted caramel. Also available on NITRO for an extra creamy experience.

Secret Ghost House

For Secret Ghost House 2024 we took the Imperial Oatmeal Stout and aged it on oak and blended bourbon whiskey. It’s no secret how delicious this is. Don’t miss out on this coveted ghost!

Choco Ghost House

This ghostly brew is conditioned on a haunting amount of hand-toasted cocoa nibs, a blend of four chili varieties, and a special spice mix. Expect rich layers of chocolate and chili, with just a hint of spice, perfectly woven into our complex and velvety Imperial Oatmeal Stout.

Vanilla Ghost House

We’ve aged our Imperial Oatmeal Stout on a generous amount of organic vanilla beans, creating a creamy, delicate blend you’re sure to love. One of our most popular flavors, this ‘celebrity’ ghost is not to be missed!

Forest Ghost House

Forest Ghost House was conditioned on wild harvested licorice fern, pine, licorice root and spices. Earthy, woody and full of licorice spice. Like a walk through the forest in your glass. Deliciously splendid. 🌿🌲

Ghost Ship - S'mores

The Ghost Ship has set sail for the first time, and it’s bringing a deliciously haunting treat—S’mores! For this inaugural voyage, we crafted a syrup from malt, brown sugar, vanilla beans, and graham crackers, then conditioned our flagship ghost on toasted cocoa nibs to bring it all together. The result? A rich, campfire-inspired brew that’s equal parts spooky and indulgent. Don’t miss your chance to taste the magic of the very first Ghost Ship!

River Light Lager

This American Light Lager is made with Idaho Pilsner malt, pilsner malt and a touch of flaked corn. Light, clean and crisp with a subtle hop aroma.

Rory's Space Bike

This Hazy IPA was crafted with Idaho 7, Comet and Wakatu. Same smooth, creamy ride as before with aromas of lime, citron, danky concert musk and otherworldly fruits!

Ray of Frost

Step into a refreshing chill with Ray of Frost, a Cold IPA brewed with fresh hop Mosaic. Bursting with vibrant notes of mango, peach, and tangerine on the front, this brew lures you in with its fruit-forward aromas. The dry finish brings a crisp bite, followed by bold flavors of pine, citrus, and a touch of spice—like a frosty blast that leaves a cool, invigorating wake. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or new to the quest, Ray of Frost delivers a spellbinding blend of flavors that’ll leave your taste buds enchanted. But hey, if you’re not into delicious beer, refreshing hops, and a perfect balance of flavors, you probably won’t like it!

Solar Voyage

Our 5th trip around the sun brings us back to an OG banger. Solar voyage 2024 is modeled after the fan favorite Mountain Berry Ferry. Plenty of blackberry, black currant and pomegranate puree have been fermented on a base of Pilsner and white wheat malt. Reminisce over this intensely fruity and refreshing sour!

Encyclopedia Galactica

Enjoy the return of mind expanding aromas of sticky pineapple, fresh cut mango and lemongrass that give way to bright mandarin orange flavors and a smooth body. Made with @meccagrade Lamonta Pale malt, heaps of wheat and Triticale. Hopped with copious amounts of Cashmere and Citra. This Hazy Pale Ale is a sheer delight from start to finish.

Trailhead Tonic

Trailhead Tonic is the new experimental nonalcoholic electrolyte infused sparkling water created by our brewmasters here at Volition Brewing. Trailhead Tonic comes in two varieties at the moment, lemon blueberry and a crisp lemon great to replenish your body and your mind after a day on the trials!
